Louisville, KY- May, 7, 2012 -
We are pleased to announce, effective May 1, 2012 Black/White has joined hands with our good friends at Stoermer Insurance Services located in Dayton Ohio. Al and Ed Stoermer are the owners of the agency, which has been in business since 1968. Not only do they represent all of the markets we do but they also offer access to additional markets.
Troy Metts and Heidi Elston will remain through an indefinite extended transition period. Among their duties will be the handling of transactions billed 4/30/12 or earlier while items billed 5/1/12 or later, irrespective of effective date, will be billed by Stoermer Insurance Services, which will include return, additional, and audit premiums. Since we are not closing our doors we will be available should you have questions, feel free to call Heidi or Troy. Our goal is to make this transition as painless as possible
We've provided Ed Stoermer and his team with detailed policy level information so they can step in immediately. As such you should look to them to both service existing policies as well as quote renewals and new business. They are taking over all accounts in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Texas.
